VOLUNTEER INFO

You can make a difference in the life of a family affected by childhood cancer! Volunteers are a huge reason why so many children and families get to enjoy camp each summer and have the ongoing support of year round recreational programs.

As a volunteer, you will have the opportunity to build wonderful relationships with amazing children and families, as well as make connections with other like-minded people who want to make a difference in the world. Volunteering is an excellent opportunity to learn from others and offer your talents, while having a fantastic time!

We are now recruiting for volunteer positions for Summer 2012!! Volunteers need to be able to commit to 6,8 or 12 days to volunteer at our sleepover camps or 5 days for our day camps. Please fill out the online application or contact Joel (volunteer@camptrillium.com) for more information.

Volunteer Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• An excitement for working with children in the outdoors is important
• Must have clear police and TB checks current within one year of any work with children

Volunteer Process:

1. Fill out an online application click here
2. The Volunteer coordinator will contact applicants to set up an interview/information session. All applicants are contacted, if you do not hear from us within five business days of filling out your application please contact us: volunteer@camptrillium.com
3. Successful candidates will need to get clear TB and police checks. Three references will be checked for all volunteers; 2 professional and 1 personal.
4. Volunteers are then added to our volunteer lists and are eligible to sign up for our summer camp and year round programs listed below.

There is no application deadline, we accept volunteer applications year round.
