How to RegisterThis may seem overwhelming but it is important that we have all the correct information to provide your child(ren) with a safe and fun program. If you have not registered in one of Trillium's programs since 2004, please print off a blank form and fill in all the necessary information. Should you have any questions pertaining to registration, please do not hesitate to contact the Camp Trillium main office at 1-888-999-2267. Thanks! All medical forms must be completed to secure your registration with camp. Our Residential programs are regionalized according to treatment centres. Campers treated in London are Southwest Region. Campers treated in Hamilton, Toronto or Northern Ontario are Central Region, and campers treated in Kingston or Ottawa are Eastern Region. Family Camps are not regionalized so that you are able to select a camp that best fits into your summer schedule. For more information call 1-888-999-CAMP. |
